There are loads of options to choose from. From Atrazine, Glyphosate +, Lagon, Force up e.t.c

Any of these:

1. Lagon 

2. Haisup (dicamba)

3. Hairon (Duiron) 

Note:

* While glyphosate kills existing weeds

* Others prevent weeds from germinating over a lengthy period of time

Some say Lagon is the Best. It is good to know also that Force Up is not pre-emergent herbicide. You can give Atrazine a try.

How is it applied?

4 to 5 months no weeding.

Atrazine can kill your cassava. There's liquid one also it work perfectly just  like the powder Atrazine. You can try Turbo and Atrazine. Mix them together.

Lagon is the best, but if mix with Atrazine. Some farmers however have complained that Lagon kills maize.

Lagon, Xtravest or Vigor plus glyphosate with little 2-4D
